Leadership Notes ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Leadership Notes is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information to our servers or any third parties.

Local Data Storage

All data you enter into Leadership Notes, including but not limited to:

• Team member information (names, job titles, departments)
• Leadership notes and observations
• Late arrival records and conversations
• Statistics and reports
• Reminders and follow-ups

is stored locally on your device only using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

Subscription Information

Leadership Notes offers an auto-renewable subscription to access premium features:

• Price: $1.99 USD per year (after 7-day free trial)
• Payment: Charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings

All subscription transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles your payment data.

Third-Party Services

Leadership Notes does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate with social media platforms or other external services.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device using iOS security features, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend:

• Keeping your device password-protected
• Keeping iOS updated to the latest version
• Enabling device encryption (enabled by default on modern iOS devices)

Children's Privacy

Leadership Notes is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it or uninstall the app. You can delete individual entries within the app, or delete all data by uninstalling the application from your device. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it once deleted from your device.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or have access to your data, there is no personal information for us to provide, correct, or delete. You have complete control over all data stored in the app through the app's interface and your device settings.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

International Users

Leadership Notes is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Since all data is stored locally on your device, no cross-border data transfers occur.
